2: Slip half of these stitches to a second circular needle, Needle #1. 3: Cast on the total number of stitches for the second sock onto the left end of Needle #1. *Make sure you cast on to the needle end that is away from sock number one's yarn, coming from the ball. 4: Slide half of the second sock's stitches onto the left end of the other needle - Needle #2. Your yarn coming from the ball is in the same position for both socks.
